Born in Sussex, I graduated from Exeter College of Art and design in 1987, with a BA(Hons) in graphic design, specialising in typography and handlettering. I am an awarded D&AD member, and Chairman of The Wynkyn de Worde Society 2020.
Having worked with letterforms daily for over thirty years, they have have seeped into my consciousness. In my personal artworks alongside my commissioned work, I have found myself compelled to use words and letterforms, using wood, stone, textiles and recycled materials.
I am happy to get involved at any stage of a project, be it roughs, development, or final artwork.
